These Terms and Conditions apply to your use and subscription to Aurum Echo website and its publications (‘the Services’). By using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and they shall constitute an agreement between you and Aurum Echo’s publisher, Izumimon Pty Ltd Trading As Gold Macro. References to “us”, “we”, “our”, “Izumimon Pty Ltd” and/or “Gold Macro” in this Terms and Conditions shall mean and include Izumimon Pty Ltd Trading As Gold Macro.

No Advice Statement

Access to Information

For access to paid services, you must first purchase a subscription through the Website (‘the Subscription’) and pay the applicable fee for the Subscription (the ‘Subscription Fee’) Once you have purchased the Subscription, you will then be issued with an username and password to access to the paid subscriber only content. You must not share any username(s) or password(s) with others even with others in the same company or group, or provide any third parties with access to our paid services using your password.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

All payment made in the course of your use of the Services are made using Square AU Pty Ltd. In making payment in relation to your use of Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Square AU Pty Ltd terms and conditions which are available on their website.

You agree and acknowledge that Izumimon Pty Ltd can vary the Subscription Fee at any time. Any changes to pricing for existing subscribers will take effect when your next subscription period starts.

Each subscription period must be paid in full prior to starting the subscription period. We will cancel your subscription if the subscription period is not paid in advance or if you give us written notice that you wish to cancel.

Membership of the Services is non-refundable after the first 15-days of your confirmed subscription.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Refund Policy

Izumimon Pty Ltd will only provide you with a refund of the Subscription Fee in the event we are unable to continue to provide the Services or if you cancel the Subscription within 15 days of the Subscription.

If you cancel within 15 days, you will receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee.

In the event that we are unable to continue to provide the Services, refunds will be issued where applicable on a pro-rata basis to the value of the part of the subscription period that has been affected, and will not be provided in situations where content was accessible, even if the content was not accessed by you.

When you provide personal information to us you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Except as expressly required by legislation, we accept no liability to you (including, without limitation, by way of negligence) arising from the provision (or non-provision as the case may be) of any of the Services. To the extent permitted by legislation, we limit any liability we may have to you to the resupply of services or refunding any unused portion of your annual subscription (where relevant).

None of Izumimon Pty Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contributors shall not liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the information correct, the materials appearing on our Websites or other publications could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Izumimon Pty Ltd does not warrant that any of the materials on its Websites or publications are accurate, complete or current. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may change all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, the new Terms and Conditions will be posted on our websites. Your subsequent or continued use of this website and/or receipt of our emails will constitute your acceptance of any changes.
